Power Yoga Retreat for Women

Service Description

A two hour retreat for women to rebalance, regenerate and step back into your power. As a Psychosynthesis Leadership Coach I specialise in bringing creative feminine qualities into modern life. Regenerative change happens from the inside out as I support you to weave and entangle enchantment and joy into your daily life. The session will include some theory, embodied yoga, mindfulness, energy practices and discussion about our experiences in the session. You will leave the session feeling relaxed, balanced and maybe ready to take a step forward in your life. At just £26, this is a value for money investment in your personal growth and wellbeing. With a maximum of 8 attendees, you are sure to receive the attention you need. I hope to see you there x

Sorry, no refunds or credits. Should life throw you a curve ball and you give me 48hrs notice before the start of the event, I may credit the fee against another course or 1:1 within 30 days.
