Service Description

Sarah received her Yoga Alliance training and qualification in Haridwar, India at the start of 2018 and has been teaching from her own private dedicated yoga studio ever since. With a lifetime of her own practice, additional qualifications in teaching, mindfulness, psychology and coaching you are in good hands. Suitable for newcomers and seasoned yogis alike. I teach all the yoga flows of  ancient Traditional Tantra through the elements of earth, air fire & water. The purpose is to build a relationship of trust  with your body, re-balance your body:mind state and begin to awaken sensory awareness. Over time you will learn to integrate the different masculine and feminine aspects of yourself.    When the Traditional Yoga flows are practiced regularly, your muscular skeletal system realigns, creating space to allow a balanced flow of hormones, emotions and consciousness; an integration of body, mind and spirit. you will leave feeling grounded, balanced and relaxed. Traditional Yoga is a meditative flow, releasing the stress of the every day. Sarah holds Buddhist philosophy at the core of all her holistic therapy qualifications, having the best part of 2 decades of experience in body, mind and spirit practices. You will leave this yoga feeling deeply relaxed, reconnected and ready to move back into relationship with every day life. Classes take place in a private dedicated yoga studio in Grouville.
