“Change is the only constant” according to the Greek Philosopher Heraclitus. For many of us, daily life will have been turned upside down, and we may be finding our mental health challenged. In this webinar event for Lean In, Sarah will present the changes that we are facing as an opportunity for personal growth. We are at a unique turning point as we transition our way through COVID-19. If we can work through the emotional challenges, we may find ourselves ahead of the business change curve, in possession of emotional availability & vulnerability, some of the elusive qualities of the very best leaders. The session will include some practical breathing techniques to support your mental health & well-being, and a stepping stone onto your personal development. The session will cover: • The domains of change. • Inner domain change models, and where you are within them. • Effects of poor mental health on our work lives. • Emotional intelligence and the qualities of the very best leaders. • The body/mind reconnection, including practical breathing techniques that support mental health and wellbeing.
