Relaxation Meditations

A 5 week course commencing Thursday 5th September 7.30pm to 9.00pm which commences with some mindfulness meditation basics using the breath and body. This is built upon each week by introducing new techniques that you should find promote relaxation, improve cognitive function and aid restful sleep.

About the event

A 5 week course commencing Thursday 9th January 2020 7.30pm to 9.00pm which commences with some mindfulness meditation basics using the breath and body. This is built upon each week by introducing new techniques that you should find promote relaxation, improve cognitive function and aid restful sleep. As the course progresses we start to explore the inner journey through introducing some basic concepts of vibration using the voice and colour and we will end the course by walking a labyrinth, an ancient symbol representing the journey into ones self. The 5 week journey will facilitate better understanding of ourselves, promote authentic, empowered and compassionate living; where relevant this will be underpinned by psychological theory and scientific research.

Thank you Sarah for this course. I believe I have found you at the right time in my life as I move forward on my spiritual journey. The Relaxation Meditation Course couldn't have come at a better time for me. It really allowed me to open my heart and clear my energy channels and more importantly to stay positive through a challenging situation. The different themed sessions introduced me to elements of meditation I hadn't experienced previously and were really enjoyable.
