This is set of 6 creative self development meditation classes commencing Thursday 3rd November 7.30om to 9pm. Each week the class will commence with  an embodied mindfulness or other traditional meditation practice. After a group discussion including relevant esoteric knowledge backed with scientific research, Sarah will guide you in a creative healing meditation with the use of crystals and other embodied energy practices to assist in balancing and harmonising your daily life, improving the quality of your life whilst you change from the inside out.
