Tower Suite Booking Form

I would like to book the Tower suite, a room for 2 people, for the Synthesis Yoga Retreat at Cassa Fuzetta in Olhao, Portugal for 5 nights from 1st October 2027. Total cost of the retreat for 2 people in the Tower Suite is £3,950. The cost includes:

• Two long sessions of traditional tantric yoga/embodiment per day.

• Brunch & dinner freshly prepared by our onsite holistic wellbeing chef using local, organic food. Local organic wine served with dinner.

• A 90 minute therapeutic massage from our onsite holistic therapist, and daily walking massage.

• Daily workshops/evening fire circles - for you to learn, heal and grow. When we soothe our nervous system we heal our physical body, we calm our mind and learn to process our emotions.

• One to one full time support from 3 highly qualified & experienced practitioners holding and helping you to improve your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing throughout the week.

• Accommodation - Tower Suite in your choice of single or double beds with en-suite facilities.

• Airport transfer from Faro airport. Note: flights and travel insurance are NOT included.​

All bookings are on a non-cancellation basis and payments are non-refundable, and non-transferable. A deposit of £1,000 will secure your retreat booking.

• A further £1,000 is due on 1st January 2027.

• The balance of £1,950must be paid 12 weeks before the event on 10th July 2027.

• If booking after 10th July full payment for the retreat is required.

• An invoice for the balance of your booking will be raised by Synthesis Transformation Limited upon receipt of your deposit.

• Regardless of reason, no refunds will be possible for cancellations. Please approach your insurance provider for appropriate cover to protect against any loss. 

• It is your responsibility to have insurance in place. Please make sure you have medical and travel insurance that covers Portugal and the activities you will be doing.

• If you have any current medical conditions, you may wish to seek advice from your medical practitioner before booking your space.

• The organisers reserve the right to charge supplements for any exceptional inflationary increases arising outside of their control. All costs have been budgeted at February 15th 2026.

• By completing the form below and paying your deposit, you are deemed to be accepting these terms & conditions.
