Training and qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young provided a strong foundation and in-depth understanding of governance, systems and controls, the fundamental framework for successful organisations. Sarah's 30 years of commercial experience, has taken her into short, medium and long term planning, where she has developed the ability to support leaders at all levels and develop teams that provide a vision in financial terms and implement change in large and small organisations, both in the public and private sectors.
In 2003, Sarah broadened her professional qualifications by training as a 16+ teacher gaining a Cert Ed in adult education, which expanded her emotional intelligence as well as her ability to communicate in a variety of different ways to support understanding and enhance learning.
Over the last 10 years, Sarah has been actively strengthening her personal development to enhance her natural leadership qualities and increase resilience. By undertaking training in leadership coaching (including systemic work), depth psychology and well-being practices, Sarah's well-established logical framework of understanding has been enhanced with increased creativity.
