In our coaching sessions I really felt like you connected with me at an emotional level and encouraged thought provoking conversation which opened up feelings I didn’t know were there. I also enjoyed the reasoning through theory and matrix diagrams you introduced me to, which were informative and relatable. I have used these in better understanding my mind-set and getting my head into a place where I function best at. I very much appreciated our discussions and respect your ability to dissect situations to identify value. I definitely feel more self-aware and relate back to prior and post coaching session mind-set often, to help overcome adverse thoughts.
