Service Description
Ease into and progress through Autumn and Winter with these beautiful seasonal half day retreats on a Saturday 2pm to 5pm. Sarah Howard & guest teacher Kat Keelan will lead you through an afternoon to sunset retreat of yoga, breathwork, sound and meditation to help you to find the perfect equilibrium and peace as we turn inwards and let go. We will find routines and practices for our daily lives that bring balance and strength as we soften, release & let go, whilst expanding our field of consciousness, making the invisible visible. Each retreat will focus on the seasonal transition or cross quarter festival vibe, bringing a different and unique focus to decluttering physically, mentally and emotionally. There will be plenty of space between practices to breathe, talk in circle and reflect, supporting the identification of small things we can change that may have significant positive transformations. In the 3 hours we will support you to strengthen your body and mind, fostering a sense of wellbeing and clarity. Sarah's work is not only trauma informed, she is also qualified and experienced both personally and professionally to work with trauma at depth. With more than two decades of experience under her belt, you are in safe hands and will leave the session decluttered, soothed, spacious and empowered. Kat's passion is physical resilience having made full physical recoveries of her own against the odds and supported her own quadriplegic daughter to walk! She has a wide range of highly tuned skills and qualifications to support you with your physical wellbeing. The combination of Sarah & Kat's passion, experience and skills is complimentary, and the collaboration a profound wellbeing experience. Sorry, no refunds or credits. Should life throw you a curve ball and you give me 48hrs notice before the start of the event, I may credit the fee against another course or 1:1 within 30 days.
