Service Description

During the 5 weeks Sarah will take you from a seated mindfulness eyes closed meditation base to an upright and moving embodied meditation with your eyes open. You will learn how to change your state and function in your every day life. Mindfulness to Embodiment can bring a curiosity for personal discovery, finding one’s true self, becoming a witness and observer of all experience. In this 5 week course, you will add new skills to your toolbox of life. You will learn foundational mindfulness and embodiment tools and through their application how to be: + more centred, aware, balanced and connected - to yourself, others and to nature. + more aware of what is going on in the present moment, attending to it and relating to it with acceptance and compassion. + in flow with life. freeing you from ups and downs and enjoying natural unfolding creation. ​By integrating and developing embodied mindfulness into your daily life you will: + become more authentic through experiencing the congruence of your true nature. + understand different perspectives. + implement permanent change through inner kindness, acceptance and curiosity. + find deeper meaning to your work and personal life. + develop stronger relationships built upon trust. + experience improved well-being, creativity and productivity. In addition to meditation and embodiment tools you will learn about the latest facts on neuroscience, fight, flight, freeze, fold syndrome and how to start to integrate the whole of the best of yourself in the every day. Through our life experiences we have all learned at some point that we are powerless. We have learned costly coping strategies to enable us to survive which took us away from our power. We continue to use those survival patterns in the present and deprive ourselves and the world of our superpowers!
