Strengthen the foundation that supports every yoga pose. This focused Glutes & Core class is designed to build stability, balance, and power in the muscles that matter most for a strong and sustainable yoga practice. Through targeted strengthening exercises, you’ll activate the deep core, glutes, and hips—helping improve alignment, protect your lower back, and enhance your ability to move with control on the mat. By strengthening the glutes, hips, and core, this class also supports healthier movement patterns that can reduce strain on the knees and hips. Stronger glutes help stabilize the pelvis and improve knee tracking, while balanced hip strength can ease tightness and discomfort. These improvements can make everyday movement feel smoother and make your yoga practice feel more supported and pain-free. Whether you’re looking to hold yoga poses longer, flow with greater ease, or simply feel stronger and more stable, this class provides the essential strength work that yoga alone doesn’t always address. Expect mindful movement, functional strength training, and a supportive environment that helps your body—and your practice—truly thrive. What clients are saying: Aimee did a fab strength class this morning💜 After a brief warm up we had 4 stations of different activities. Working in pairs and alternating the exercises (core, glutes, quads and hammies focus in this class), we rotated around all 4 stations. Aimee kept an eye on us all to make sure we were doing the exercises right😆 As the endorphins kicked in, I got noticeably mischievous. There was definitely a naughty corner😂 Finished FULL of energy and needing a shower.
