In this 5 week course held at the Synthesis private yoga studio in Grouville we will practice all the asanas, bandhas and pranayama breathing techniques of Traditional Tantric yoga. When the Traditional Tantric Yoga flows are practiced regularly, your muscular skeletal system realigns, creating space to allow a balanced flow of hormones, emotions and consciousness; an integration of body, mind and spirit.
Traditional Tantra is a meditative flow, releasing the stress of the every day; particularly beneficial in our current pandemic lives. Sarah encourages a mindful, somatic experiencing approach to this class. It combines well with Sarah's mindfulness meditation classes and personal development coaching.
Sarah holds Tantric philosophy at the core of all her holistic therapy qualifications, having the best part of 2 decades of experience in body, mind and spirit practices. If you have any pre-existing physical conditions or injuries you must consult your doctor before joining this course.
