Your privacy is very important to Synthesis, and whilst this policy may look overwhelming, its necessary to be compliant with General Data Protection Regulations ("GDPR"), which will be legally enforced with effect from 25th May 2018, in order to protect you.

 

Synthesis is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to promote our programmes, services and products to you. Any information you enter on the Synthesis website (including but not limited to name, address, email, telephone number and purchase history) may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. Wix store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. In addition, Wix collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet for Synthesis own marketing intelligence. Wix may also use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page.

Synthesis also holds private data on other platforms:

1. Email address, telephone number and/or home address on Windows Outlook.

2. Facebook, Instagram and Twitter ID's where you are following Synthesis on social media platforms.

Your private data is only used by Synthesis to communicate with you about your bookings, invoices, newsletters, blog posts, new events/products, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, or as otherwise necessary to provide a whole service to you or to comply with legislation. Your data is not used by Wix or sold by Synthesis to any third parties.
