All bookings are on a non-cancellation basis and payments are non-refundable, and non-transferable. A deposit of £500 per person will secure your retreat booking.

A further £500 per person is due on 1st January 2027.
The balance of the cost of your retreat must be paid 12 weeks before the event on 10th July 2027.
If booking after 10th July full payment for the retreat is required.
An invoice for the balance of your booking will be raised by Synthesis Transformation Limited upon receipt of your deposit.
Regardless of reason, no refunds will be possible for cancellations. Please approach your insurance provider for appropriate cover to protect against any loss.
It is your responsibility to have insurance in place. Please make sure you have medical and travel insurance that covers Portugal and the activities you will be doing.
If you have any current medical conditions, you may wish to seek advice from your medical practitioner before booking your space.
The organisers reserve the right to charge supplements for any exceptional inflationary increases arising outside of their control. All costs have been budgeted at February 15th 2026.
